I guess it’s a tradeoff, but I got a pretty large water heater for 275ish from home depot. Appreciate the videos, though!

I am a Mechanical contractor who renovates houses for a living and started buying houses for cash 12 years ago and now have several dozens. Like yourself always on the hunt for a deal, and just looking for the part I hate book work. So I went all to computerized and just seeing what others are doing. My objective was to pay for kids college, then maybe sell some and keep some for retirement. But sadly a divorce slowed some plans down (she never participated and that cost her, plus her leaving for younger greener grass that didn’t work out didn’t help her situation) So I pick up a few tidbits; but most landlords lose a lot in having all contractors do things they can do but don’t want to.
